Willie Outley came to Vivid Tempo as a first-time artist with a clear inspiration: create a gospel track with the emotional impact of the group Commissioned. With no prior studio experience, he stepped into this process completely new—trusting the team to help guide him through each phase.
Under the direction of producer Samuel Hill, the production took shape through a combination of live guitars and stacked background vocals that gave the song its signature lift. What started as a concept quickly became a full-bodied gospel track, marked by classic harmony and heart.
Mr. Hill is a very easy producer to work with and understood my musical vision right from the start. The advice that he gave me helped to make my song SAVED BY GRACE shine and the background singers just blasted it into the stratosphere!
