Recording and Production Setup
The Tools Needed to Capture and Develop the Song.
Sessions run through an Antelope Audio Orion Studio Rev. 2017 with Rupert Neve Designs 517 and API 512v microphone preamps. Recording, editing, production, and mixing are completed in Logic Pro on a Mac Studio.
Vocal Recording
Neumann and AKG microphones are available for lead vocals, background vocals, harmonies, overdubs, and ensemble recording. The signal path is selected around the vocalist and the song.
Production Instruments
Keyboards, Hammond XK-3c, guitars, bass, and other instruments are available for songwriting, arrangement, accompaniment, and overdub sessions.
Small-Group Recording
The setup can accommodate solo artists, background vocalists, individual musicians, vocal ensembles, and planned small-band sessions.
